How Returns Work
If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your Thermo™ Recovery Wear, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of
purchase. After 30 days, you can return your Thermo Recovery Wear for store credit up to one year after your original purchase
date. To report a damaged product, quality or shipping issue, go to the link below
Return Policy
- Returns are refunded to the original payment method (original shipping costs are not refunded).
- Exchanges ship free and are offered on products of equal value only.
- Returns and exchanges are processed promptly, usually within 3-5 business days of receipt.
- Our Customer Service Team monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.
- All returns are subject to validation and approval at our Customer Service Team’s sole discretion.
- We do NOT accept returns or exchanges if the product has been washed or has any visible damage caused since purchase. If items appear washed or have any visible signs of extensive use during our product inspection, your return or exchange may be rejected.
- The original shipping cost will NOT be refunded if you return your order.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited.
