Thermo Recovery Wear is made to be washable and durable. We understand unexpected defects may happen from time to time, and if any of our products delivered have a manufacturing-related issue, we will replace it at our discretion.

We do not replace products damaged due to normal wear and tear, stains, accidental or cosmetic damages.

No matter how well you care for your Thermo Recovery Wear, it will eventually show signs of age and repeated wear. On average, our products will be at their best for up to 60 washes. At that point, we recommend purchasing new Thermo Recovery Wear.

Examples of normal wear and tear that are not covered include: faded colors, worn fabric in areas of heavy stretching or friction and pilling.

You can wear our products for as long as you feel comfortable. All Thermo Recovery Wear can be slept in and should keep you feeling comfortable during the night. If you experience any discomfort from wearing our products while sleeping, please take them off and put them back on in the morning, as necessary.

Please note that two of our Classic Collection Knee Sleeves have stays on either side. These stays are to prevent bunching at the knee. If you prefer your knee sleeves do not have the stays, please purchase the version that do not have any.

Finally, please note that the semiconductor elements in all our products are embedded during a process that occurs before the products are manufactured and do not wash out. The elements are embedded directly into the individual fibers of all of our products, FYI.
